Farm Lodge Details
Please read carefully as all bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions as agreed to at the time of booking.
- Bookings are confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email of your booking.
- A deposit of 50% of the holiday price is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% fee must be paid 20 days before your day of arrival. In the event of the full balance not being received we have the right to cancel the holiday without further notice or refund of the deposit.
- We ask all guests to arrive after 4pm on their arrival date. Please contact Vicki with an estimated time of arrival. We also require guests to leave before 10am on departure and that the cottage is left in a clean respectable condition.
- Under no circumstances may more than the number of guests stated in your booking confirmation occupy the property, unless agreed before arrival.
- Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of eighteen.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.
- Payments can be received via the following options: Stripe and Bank transfer
- Cancellations- If within 14 days of making a booking a customer wishes to cancel their holiday, a full refund will be given. Thereafter the deposit is non returnable. Should the cottage not be available due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee to provide alternative accomodation, in which case a full refund will be given.
- Smoking or Pets is prohibited in the holiday cottage, if found to be smoking or having pets in the cottage you will be liable to pay a cleaning fee.
- Damage to property- Please treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so that other guests can continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage please let us know immediately so that we can take appropriate action. If there has been breakages during your stay, please advise us or replace them before you leave. We have the right to charge you for any damage or breakages during your stay.
